"Dr. Sweeney is the BEST Dr I have came across in my entire life. She CARES and listens. Her nurse or MA is also a very nice/ professional lady. She gets to the point and is very polite. But there is a very rude, mean and disrespectful MA at that location. I don’t know her name and to be honest I don’t want to go back to that location because of her. She is so mean and disrespectful.. I really think that I am going to stay in Cleveland Heights and look for a new provider. Maybe I’ll get a better customer service."
