"Dr Dipalma has been my Dr for many years. He is very direct. He does not sugar coat things.I appreciate that.He doesn't laugh and joke around much but that's fine as well. He keeps things professional nothing wrong with that .I was having a very bad issue. I needed in earlier than my appointment. Cindy got me in early. I was literally in a mess when Dr Dipalma walked in. He immediately took control of the situation and started calming me down. Telling us the best and quickest plan for me to get help for what I was going through. He assured me over and over I wasn't going through it alone. I could message him anytime on the portal. Which he always answers back in a very quick manner. He is my husband's Dr as well. He was there for him calming him down. We both felt so much better by the time we left. He let me go out the back door because I was so upset he knew I didn't want to go out the front. I literally don't think any Dr around could of handled that situation for us any better. Thank you so much Dr Dipalma! I hope you know how much you helped us on this day!!"
"This doctor is horrible. I was pregnant with a cyst and he cut it out with no numbing cream and/or injections. He told my son his blanket was disgusting, it was clean just stained. He also brings a book into the room to look up your symptoms. He’s very rude and don’t care about helping you at all."
"I use to think he was a good doctor, but he acts like you are an inconvenience to him. I never had a doctor i disliked so much. You can not talk to him about anything. I feel he treats you different by financial status and how you look. He is not in it to take care of patients, he is just in it for the money. He has never gave me honest answers to anything. He has never ever even diagnosed me with anything, he makes me feel like it is all in my head. He don’t listen to anything you have to say. At one point he was over medicating me.The last time i seen him I walked out in tears and told the receptionist I would be finding me a new doctor."
"I have seen Dr.DiPalma since his residency! He is not warm and fuzzy, but that is it what I’m looking for in a physician. I am a nurse and and appreciate his honestly and directness. I believe he respects my career and takes time to listen to me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that is going to tell you the truth. When something is wrong he takes the time to assess the problem and find a solution."
"I'm not one to ever leave a bad review. Dr. Dipalma on several occassions made me feel absolutely horrible for asking questions about my health. I've had a couple of more potent issues lately. My last checkup for my meds.. he made me come in or he wouldn't fill my prescriptions. Turned his back and answered the questions vague, slightly aggrevated, while walking out. I don't think he's a horrible doctor, I would suggest finding a doctor that's less on the pretentious side. Sometimes he's nice and helpful, sometimes he isn't."
