"Left me in the office with my service dog (which of their call center tried to deny me access with and is illegal by federall law and considered discrimination) for many hours on end and keep switching my practitioner. Will not answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time."

"Hours on website say saturday 8a-12p. I checked in at 8:02a, at 8:35a she told me she can't do a 3 hr glucose test, it'll put her past closing time. Pretty sure 8-12 is 4 hours. The lady in front of me just sat down to start her 3 hr wait. So 8:35 to 11:35a (cuz I was next) is too close to quitting time to do the final blood draw."
