"Cat owners beware!! A pet groomer should know warning signs of animal distress. Patty finished the whole haircut, then when I came to pick up my baby she was wheezing, gasping for air and her tongue was turning blue. She had to spend the night in the ER on oxygen, lived with heart failure for 2 months before we put her to sleep. I went to Petco to ask and they said their policy is to call the owner at the first sign of panting. She should have called me sooner, even if the cut was half done. I just have to warn others so this doesn't happen to someone else's baby."
