"I'd give this 0 stars if possible. This place absolutely does not care about you as a patient or person. The doctors drop like flys.they cancel appointments on you and won't fill you prescriptions on time. Not getting refills on antidepressants and such is dangerous."

"Sent my son to the Massillon office to help with substance abuse issues - counselor told him he wasn’t that bad. My son now refuses to continue his therapy. Very unhappy with how unprofessional this office is and how they treat patients - negatively impacts my son’s life."

"I use to really like this place Anita was very helpful, the staff super friendly. But then when Anita left and they replaced her with “shar”, not so great anymore. She’s super unprofessional. Her language, which doesn’t bother me so much but others it definitely may. But then every visit has very short little to no conversation at all. I told her 3 appointments in a row my heart rate was high, on a regular basis. Like 140 high on a daily basis. She asked me if was the medicine or anxiety. I responded with I don’t know that’s why I asked my doctor. She said ok and sent me on my way. No discussion, no follow up, EKG, No change in medication. Absolutely nothing. So I’m not saying all the doctors or staff are bad here but I gave it a long time before throwing in the towel. And that’s just one of the few issues I have had since seeing her."
