"My daughter was there for skilled to get stronger after 8 months in hospital from complications from a surgery. There was maybe one nurse who really cared about my daughter. The rest didn’t seem to. There were times my daughter had to wait over and hour for someone to put her on a bedpan. One night there was only one nurse on the floor daughter had to wait forever for meds. She was throwing up for a week and they didn’t give her any iv fluids so she got severely dehydrated we told them we thought she had an UTI never did anything. Went to the hospital and was told she did have one. Her one wound was leaking with puddle under here they never changed the bedding. Wouldn’t record her drains right. They are short staffed and shouldn’t have so many patients to one nurse. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone"

Residents enjoy numerous activities daily to stimulate their mind. Therapy is amazing and always pushes the Residents to their highest ability. Employees treated extremely well and many retention events monthly to appreciate all of their wonderful efforts."

"After a huge mix up a relative was sent here by the hospital. The staff at Hanover went above and beyond to help us get her back to where she was supposed to be. The staff had even given her a few personal care items and an amazing blanket since she arrived with no items. I had the joy of being on the ambulance that retrieved her and even without knowing I was a relative, the staff even treated us well. Thank you to all this involved, especially Lisa from admissions."

"As a family member stay away from Hanover house. Fight for information on your love one. My husband's there for physical therapy to strengthen him so he can come home. Call leave messages no return calls. Call back leave more messages. Like really. Husband not happy there either. Just stay clear of that place. Sad how family member get treated."
