"I won’t be back here. The dentist stood behind me the whole time he talked to me as someone else said as well. He didn’t examine my mouth and based his “findings” solely on an x-ray. He jumped right on wanting to do an extraction or going somewhere else for a root canal. Which I am fine with getting done. Why jump on wanting to pull my tooth if you have also given me another option. I will be going somewhere else for my root canal."

"Worst dental experience of my life. Been getting my teeth cleaned twice a year for 45 years but this place refused me a general cleaning because I've had mild periodontal gum disease. I was told: "deep clean or nothing". I couldn't even see this man because he stood behind me the whole time. Only heard him! His suggestions based on x-rays only. No oral exam was performed. Also wanted me to get 5 teeth pulled though no cavities were present. I do not believe this dentist because I do not fit the criteria of advanced periodontal disease. Loose teeth / No Bad breath / No Bleeding gums / No Infection / No Cavities / No I'll say it again...NO EXAM! This place needs a better dentist. One that is more qualified and thorough!"

"Ok i know im just a 16 year old girl but they tried to diagnose me with some weird jaw disease and the doctor literally looked at me and said “you’re the first person i might have to diagnose with this” like um i went to my dentist not theirs and they said there was nothing wrong, plus this male doctor was a creep. i wish i could remember his name but he kept asking creepy questions and even my mother noticed."

"Dr Rossi and Kelly were amazing. I had a front tooth causing me shame and I didn't think I could be saved. It looks perfect. Such a great dentist. I would go here over a chain again any day. I called the massillon office for an emergency appointment and she said they couldn't take me but got me into the Canton Lincoln way office next day! I seriously thought I would have a missing front tooth. It still may need a root canal they said. But it looks perfect. And for a same day fix on something that has caused me so much depression I don't have anything but great things to say about lifecare from top to bottom."

"Scam. Nobody knows how to book an apt. You go in, they do an “exam” and then tell you to go up front and schedule your cleaning. What? No other office operates this way. Oh and they are scheduling 6 months out for that. If you work, don’t bother scheduling time off. Go somewhere else. Conveniently though your insurance only pays for one of those “exams” per year. So if you want to go somewhere else, you pay. They know what they are doing and it’s called fraud."
