"Dan the Bartender killed it tonight! He made some amazing margaritas, took our order quick and had our food out even quicker! Plus on top of the food/drink service Dan had great customer service! We love sitting at the bar when he’s working :)"

"I had an incredible dining experience at Chili's, thanks to our server, Dan. From the moment we sat down, Dan's friendly and attentive service made us feel welcome. Dan's menu knowledge and recommendations were spot-on. He even accommodated dietary restrictions we had, ensuring we all enjoyed their meal. Throughout our meal, Dan consistently checked on us, ensuring our satisfaction. Chili's itself impressed with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Definitely a change from the Chili's I've experienced the last couple years. As a district manager in the food industry, great job!"

"Let me first start by saying the food and service were excellent but a lot of the downers of the place have to do with the cleanliness of everything from the floors to the booth to the digital checkout machine sitting at your table,the place can use a lot more attention to cleaning, dont start me on the bathroom. our waitress was outstanding and food service on a Friday at 5 was amazingly fast. I hope management reads this and takes a good a look at the place andrealizese it's not clean, I understand every company has employers issues but not an excuse. Had the Mushroom Swiss burger med was great. It would have been a 3 if it was not for their amazing staff and good food. But a 4 is fair if they find the time to review this, and the next time I stop in, I may update my review."

"If I am in this area again, I would never done in this restaurant We were enjoying ourselves. The food was good and the atmosphere had great energy. UNTIL!!! My husband order a another drink, because his first one was so good! A bar server came to our table with a drink. It didn't look like the original drink he ordered. She was kind of confused, because he said he didn't want it. He wanted the drink he originally ordered. She said, ok let me go see! THEN the bartender came over with attitude. He said, this is the same drink you order!!! I just accidentally put strawberry puree in it that caused it to change colors. Then we were like, then it's not the same drink as we originally ordered, now is it????? And my husband declined the drink! The bartender became irate with us. He told my husband fine don't take it, go make the drink yourself and walked away. We asked for the manager! He was nice and calm. We explained the situation and our waitress backed our story. She's was in shock as well with his actions. Of course we didn't pay for the drink that wasn't prepared correctly and he comped the first drink. For his employee causing a scene at our table ruining our dining experience our meal should have been comped. We didn't press the issue, we paid the bill but will never return."
