"Best Management! On 2/16/24, there was a mistake on my pick-up order, and I was quite disappointed, however, the manager helped greatly. Rochelle (hope I spelled it right) solved the issue for me and reminded me why I will stay a long-time customer. Customer service means a lot to me, and even though the situation was a problem, she provided an immediate solution, which I greatly appreciate!!! I highly recommend this restaurant as they guarantee satisfaction."

"Every single time I have ordered wings from there I have gotten the wrong flavor. I ordered barbecue wings for my child and I received hot wings I also ordered a kids meal and never received the fries nor the drink. We all know how short staffed goes but you can do better and so should your cooks and staff."

"3-3 of the orders were either incorrect or not placed. I understand that there is a staffing shortage everywhere, but we were only 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Also, found it upsetting when the waitress orders and essentially up charges us for different food we didn’t want. Bdubbs are a dime a dozen, plenty of different and better options in the surrounding area."
