"Over 2 weeks ago I made an appointment for my kiddo to see a clinician, filled out the endless paperwork and got approval through my insurance only to have the appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time because the counselor was no longer accepting new patients. I was told they could reschedule my child with a different clinician, but only with someone who was available during school hours. When I voiced frustration with this whole process and CLE Counseling & Wellness dropping the ball, I was told that they were "sorry I felt that way", but offered no other solutions. I would strongly recommend you save yourself from further mental anguish and find another clinic to access mental help through. This couldn't have been a worse experience for me and my family."
