"I am reporting Rebecca bayes to all that she is the worst, rude, incompetent counselor ever. She runs her mouth at trackside bar about her sessions to anyone who will listen, and doesn't care if she makes fun of them . She needs to have her license revoked, she also smokes marijuana at trackside bar, I have personally seen her."
"Doctor Jim Broyles is by far the finest psychologist I have ever encountered in over 30 years. He is extremely gentle and sensitive to my pain. Doctor Broyles as well as the office have outside communication resources in place. I am able to email Doc. Broyles at any time and he respondeds when he is able. I have texted or called his Secretary on several occasions she is so supportive and kind. I feel very lucky to have found this practice and these wonderful people! GCP is outstanding all the way around!"
"Rebecca Bayes is the worst therapist I have had in my 22 years of treatment. She used my zoom sessions for her lunch hour slopping down food the entire time I tested her as I knew she was not paying attention to me and said off the wall things to get her to drop the fork. I complained about her in August they called me back yesterday in October. That's right two months later. A pet rock would have done a better job and cost nothing compared to paying $180 to watch a 350 pound woman with food issues hog down."
"Overpriced. Lack of communication. And rather than approaching the deep issues of my past and coming to terms of them, my therapist seem more interested in talking about religion, and "finding jesus"."
"Prior to today I have absolutely loved Grove City Psychological Services with all my heart. However, after my partner missed two appointments that he didn't even know about, suffering from COVID for weeks, and not having enough money to even pay our phone bill– they charged us $100 without even trying to contact us. Therapy seems more interested in money over actually caring for clients."
