"*This is not the same as a psychologist. Some of the work will rely on the individual and counselor working together to figure out what needs are to be met* The entire staff was really kind. Dr. Gillig was very sweet and patient (Psychiatry/medicine) Grace is very kind and also patient (Counselor/talk therapy) Talking and medicine help but for me I really needed to get to the root of my reactions. A lot stems from childhood and habitual behavior we may not recognize. Rewiring new ways to manage stressful situations takes a lot of self awareness, time and being consistent everyday. The main thing is to feel your emotions but keep a positive mindset as much as possible (written or mental reminders that you're growing, worthy, strong enough to overcome). All we can do is learn and love one another. Everyone is flawed. People are more alike than we realize. I recommend group sessions so you know you're not alone."

"This place is a joke,therapists ignored my fiance's calls and messege for almost five days before she finally had to go to emergency room on the verge of going crazy with little to no sleep....along w suicidal thoughts.Then after we got real help through primary health solutions for all of her needs they finally get back to her and said she couldn't see a doctor for another 2 months ....now they are taking there sweet time getting her out of the system and she cant go to another psychologist or therapist until thats done,this is not a good place at all."
