"Another flop of a therapist. Nice person. But did the first two appointments. All remote. Canceled due to being sick four days before a remote appointment. Didn’t make sense. They never called to reschedule another time. Really losing faith in mental health care due to places like this."

"I reached out to them for a consultation/intake meeting, trying both phone and email, but received no response. It took multiple attempts, around 4-5 calls, before I finally got through to the "intake receptionist." Instantly, the receptionist had a bad attitude. She immediately interrupted me, asked for my information, and then requested that I speak more slowly, as she claimed I was talking too fast… I was at work with colleagues around who can confirm I wasn't speaking too fast. After repeating my information several times, she went silent for nearly a minute. I asked if she was still on the line due to her silence, which seemed to cause something to snap in her off and she yelled at me. So, here's the thing: a whole week passed with no response, finally I get to somebody but it’s coupled with a noticeably bad attitude, and the insistence that I slow down my speech. It's puzzling. One has to wonder why there are challenges with mental health in our society. Is it because this is how people are treated when reaching out for help. Adding to this series of events, which should have made me not call them at all, these are the same individuals who had a loud argument with my girlfriend for expressing her wish to stop taking a specific medication when she went through them. Nobody should be seeking assistance from this place. It seems to be made up of people who are mostly driven by financial concerns, rather than genuinely caring for their clients. Unless I've misunderstood, their receptionist has certainly managed to convey that impression quite effectively."

"I went here for several years a while back for depression. Shannon is a very compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable therapist. With her help I learned how to deal with depression using various skills and lifestyle changes. I am in a really good place in my life now (after a lot of hard work!) and will forever be thankful for the the treatment I received here."

"Not in any way what they advertised. . I brought my wife to the place to get treatment and it was absolutely terrible. They have no idea what they are doing with meds. It was terrible response time when we would call. Absolutely trash place. The psychiatrist nurse practitioner was particularly unprofessional. Almost felt experimental with the drugs. We learned there's actually care out there after leaving this place. We found better care and actually improved almost 99% from being in that place . ld look elsewhere if you want actual treatment."
