Outback Steakhouse

"25 minute wait ended up being a 45 minute wait. Ordered drinks and food. Waitress came back and said they were waiting on dishwasher to be done for glasses, could she bring our drinks in plastic cups. Which we didn’t have a problem with. Got drinks. She brought some bread. Told table next to us they were running out of bread. We ordered our food at 7:12 and finally got it at 7:54. It was hot and mostly tasty although a medium well steak was red inside. Asked for ketchup and never got it. Ice cream sundae for grandson took forever to get. While we were waiting waitress came to table next to us and told them they ran out of baked and sweet potatoes. Over 2 hours for a meal for 2 adults and 1 child was too long considering there were empty tables. Kudos to the hostess and waitress for smiling under stressful conditions."

"Came here for lunch on Wednesday Jan 10 last week & Jan 18th this week. The food was so good we personally tipped the chef who we learned name is Warren. Great asset to the Outback company & I hope you all recognize him for his attention to good food."

"Order asparagus but didn't receive. I oldest medium well and received well. I am not one to return my orders so I didn't. My drink and waiter was awesome."

"My friend and I visited Saturday night. We didn't have a long wait and the manager was kind to sit us near an outlet for me to be able to plug in my portable oxygen tank. Our server Lontonio was nice, professional and accommodating. We felt bad because he had 2 huge parties that were giving him a difficult time but he remained calm. To no fault of his, the kitchen kept sending my friend's steak out rare and she asked for medium well. The manager adjusted my check for the inconvenience. My meal was perfect. I had a 6oz sirloin, veggies, baked sweet potato and blue cheese chopped salad. Gingerbread martini was well balanced, not too sweet, but had too much whipped cream. I'll be back soon! Thank you for being kind and not making me feel bad for my health challenges."

"11/6/2023: Another great experience at Outback in Independence, OH. I don't know if I'm blessed to always catch them at a good time or they're just that good but I will always stick to THIS Outback location. Old Review early 2023: I'm not an Outback fan simply because I've had so many bad experiences at them in different locations. However, today was amazing. Service was exceptional. Our waitresses' name was Ashley B, and she was amazing. Attentive, full of energy, polite, and always smiling. Not 1 complaint of her. The place was pretty empty, which made for a great atmosphere (imo) so we received all of our food very quickly. Everything we ordered was very good. About 20 minutes from entry to eating. We even ordered dessert, and it was out fairly quick and extremely delicious. Don't sleep on the brownie dessert. It's worth all the calories. I promise! The lesson I learned today was only go to the Outback in Indepence."
