"This is the most racist hospital I’ve ever been to they don’t even try to hide their racism. I had an appointment today and I didn’t even get seen Katie in her medical assistance hemi waiting in a room me and my husband waiting for an hour and a half waiting for someone to do their job. Because we have racist doctors like Katie and her assistant and her coworkers this is why majority of women of color die from either pregnancy or giving birth because we have doctors who don’t want to listen who don’t want to do their job and see you because they rather put a white woman ahead of anyone else."
"Getting on the phone with anyone is a chore and then once you do, they will do the bare minimum to get you off the line and rudely cut you off. I have been trying to get my medical records for months transferred over to my new hospital with no luck. When I was pregnant, it would take days for me to get a call back about a medical question. Scheduling is near impossible at a timely manner as well and there is no clear communication with providers as I was constantly given the run around. All around, a terrible experience at this location."
