"This place is truly a flop house with no security. Doors are propped open with garbage cans because intercoms don't work. Trying to get callback from rental staff is nearly impossible. Why the city of Fairview Park hasn't cited this place ill never know."

"Beautifully maintained apartments furnished with modern, upscale amenities paired with some of the original architecture such as the steel kitchen cabinets and drawers from the 1950s which have all been skillfully refinished to tie in perfectly with the rest of the apartment. Brand new light fixtures throughout give a calming ambiance to the place that invites you in and really makes it feel like home. The maintenance staff is always super accommodating whenever something needs repaired or replaced. You really can't find another place that feels so luxurious for the price point they are asking here. 5 stars well deserved."

"If you're looking for an affordable place to call home with great neighbors and awesome people who own and do the maintenance then look no further. My family of 3 have had nothing but great experiences here with this building and community. The schools are great the people are friendly and everything is close by most within walking distance. We have an amazing view of the metro parks and we can walk there in 5 min. If you're looking for a change or a new place to call home then give them a call."

"Over looking the valley with great views. The staff is always ready to give you the time that is needed to handle whatever situation that you may have. The city is good and the schools are good. When we moved in till now I can't commend thepeople here enough for dealing with all and every issue we have had and requested."
