"The store is very well maintained and it has a wide selection of animal care and nutrition goods There is a choice for all types of common pets. It is a pleasure to walk through the neatly displayed variety and view the many interesting products they sell. Only thing lacking is proper customer service. Even the manager (calculated assumption) is a dismissive, "don't bother me" with your pet questions. Customer service involves showing interest and going the extra mile to help, but not here."

"Grooming experience was HORRIBLE. I will never take my dog back here to the groomers. I had an appointment set for him, he recently went to this location in October and there was no issue at all so I brought him back. I get a text that my dog is ready, and he looks a mess. I stated how I asked for him to be cut and he looked nothing like what I asked for. Instead of comforting me and telling me they could do something else the MANAGER of grooming, tells me oh well I’m lucky because she’s the only one that felt comfortable grooming him. Then not to mention another employee comes out and they are double teaming me arguing with me. Very unprofessional to argue with a customer while others were standing there also. The two ladies were very nasty and rude and did not care that I was upset about my dog’s ugly haircut. Save your time and money and go to real professionals!!"

"I took my dog to get groomed yesterday at the pet co in west gate and she when she was dropped off I was told it would be no more than 2.5 hours I picked her up and it was close to 3. I would be fine with this but when I picked her up she was still damp all over and fur was flying off of her. I was told she was a bit nervous with the blow drying around her neck but her entire back side was also damp. I paid 80 dollars for this. She was nervous when I came to get her that's never been the experience at other groomers. She can get unsure when I drop her off but never when I pick her up. She was aggressively pulling towards the door to leave. I then go to clip a leash to her collar this morning for her morning walk and she almost bit me. Completely out of character and not normal behavior. Not only am I very underwhelmed with the service I fear something happened to her while she was at this groomers. I even called her vet. We will not be coming back."

"Took a cat for a check up, first time there , friendly, the cat is a black manx, needs good home had shots and check up he's about 1-2 years old the vet said."

"I added this photo because it’s the main star of my complaint. The woman at the register acted annoyed when I asked to get a discount on bugs being dead inside of what I’m buying; she said she’d have to get the manager but she believes it’s not possible. I know this isn’t true because my girlfriend used to work for the company and I go there consistently. It’s very upsetting to see this kind of service after waiting in a long line; along with the fact that every time I go to the Rocky River, Cleveland location, I have to wait 5-15 minutes to get help with anything away from the register. This place overprices and makes working retail look hard and that’s pretty sad."
