"The rental itself was mostly pleasant, but they never gave me back any of my deposit despite hiring professional cleaners to make the apartment re-rentable. prepare for this rental experience to be like a hotel where they overcharge everything, it’s pleasant, but not cost effective. Still extremely concerned I never got my deposit back despite documented evidence that I left the apartment in immaculate condition, I plan to sue in small claims court shortly which is a tragedy to end a relatively good experience until the end."

"I am so happy I decided to make 200 West Apartments my  home.  I've lived here for just over two years and have nothing but great things to say about the building, the staff, and the management.  The entire staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful.  Maintenance requests are almost always completed the same day and the common areas of the building are always clean.  The other tenants are always polite and respectful and my neighbors are all very quiet.  The building's back deck sits at the edge of the valley and offers a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors.  The location is perfect!  With easy access to all the major freeways, I can easily get anywhere I want to go!  I am obviously very happy here!!"

"I have zero complaints about 200 West! The staff is friendly and management is always accommodating and helpful. The lobby and hallways are always clean and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled same day. The amenities are an extra bonus including the pool, gym, deck/grill area, balcony, parking garage, and more. 200 West is a great place to call home!!"

"200 West is an excellent place to live. The apartment staff work hard to keep the building and apartments up to date. Maintenance staff is helpful and quick with my maintenance requests being worked on the next day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they work hard to keep all the common areas clean. I love that there are so many things to do in the building with the pool, game room, fitness center and activties that are hosted for residents. It's also an excellent location that is close to shopping with easy access to the major freeways. I have lived here for years and continue to be pleased with my experience."

"I have lived here for 16 months and am highly satisfied! In my opinion, the rent is affordable, the grounds are well kept, and the building is always clean. The layout of my one bedroom apartment makes it feel spacious and the view from my balcony is amazing. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually within 24hrs., and I love having water, heat and a parking garage included in my rent! Each of the workers are kind and friendly and go out of their way to make it a great place to live. The age range of residents varies from young to elderly, but all seem to be respectful of one another. Many residents have lived here for decades which says a lot about the company. Finally, the location is great, close to downtown and the Metro Parks with nearby access to I90 and 480. What more could you ask for?!"
