"I would NOT recommend moving here, unless you’re young and you’re looking for your first apartment. To only offer basic amenities and not have a fitness center, recreational area, etc., these apartments are overpriced. I was so eager for an apartment that I signed a lease for an apartment suite that had NO WORKING HEAT AND NO WORKING THERMOSTAT, they gave me a tiny SPACE HEATER to make up for it. After putting up with this place for almost three years, I absolutely will not be renewing my lease, I refuse to pay more than $730 in rent for this place. Now for the pros: the leasing office is decent, maintenance responds in a reasonable amount of time, the living rooms are spacious, and the balconies are decent."

"Ok guys here is my story. I came in USA last year 04/06/2018 my cousin found this apartment and he was a co-signer and me and my wife signed the contract for a year. We paid one month (($785)running and one month ($785)as a safety The manager Rita was very nice and she still is, Rita told me that you will get your money back if you leave after a year. This year i bought a house and i told them one month a head 03/31/2019 i will move and asked them about the safety depozit, what do i have to do to get it back. But Rita wasnt there was a new manager . She is a nightmare. She told me that you have to clean the house and kitchen, toilet, carpet, and in the day 04/30/2019 me and the new maanger checked the house after we cleaned it, and she said you will get the money back after a month. I gave my name my new address. And today i called that manager and told her when is she going to mail my deposit check. She said: we will not give you the money, we might send it to the guy who signed the papers too. So in this case we were 3 of us signed the papers. I called a lawyer and i will open a case. Stay away from samantha. Rita you are great. By the way the new manager her name is Sam"

"I lived here with my girlfriend for 2 years we lived on the first floor. We had a carpenter ant infestation which lasted weeks. The power would go out at times. They gave us a 50 charge for leaving items at the dumpster which people did there everyday. They will find everyway to screw you. Our first year rent was 655 the next year was 670 then it turned to be 690 for a one bedroom apartment. Also you should get a studio apartment cuz during the summer that is what you will have. It gets so hot you can't sleep in the bedroom. The AC unit barely works. It's 5 bucks to do load of laundry and it barely works the place is awful. Please be warey of where you move to."
