"We weren’t expecting anything fancy, but this hotel is lacking in regular maintenance. The gym had several items either missing or broken. The thermostat in the gym and our rooms weren’t functioning properly. My husband ended up having significant skin irritation from the bed linens. And when we put our trash out to be emptied, no one had come by after over 8 hours of being out. We were here for a funeral, so we were hoping for a calm, relaxing experience. But it was a bunch of small irritations that occurred over our 3-day stay. Skip the Wyndham and go to Double Tree instead."

"Inspect your dishes closely if you decide to dine here. My dad is visually impaired but he was still able to tell that the dishes were NOT clean There's a pool! & it's open for most of the day! & stairs leading into the pool which is very helpful! The hot tub is gone ;( but there's a shower & the pool itself has maybe 4 heated jets on the bottom. staff was a delight every time we interacted! They were very accommodating & polite. They all deserve a raise since it's THEIR hard work making the hotel enjoyable My family & I plan to stay here whenever we head to the CLE area from here on out bc we were so impressed during our stay"

"NO HOT TUB, BRKFST IS PAY. The hot tub has been filled. It now has an area rug over it, with a table and chairs. The heat, A/C in our room can’t be adjusted. Phone is broke. I called the front desk twice to report these two issues. Both times, the line rang 10x +, with no answer. Everything else was as expected, thankfully."

"Overall we ended up having a nice stay but it was touch and go at the beginning. We arrived at 3 p.m. (which is check-in time) and we were told that our room was not going to be ready for a bit. When I mentioned that we had a wedding to be at in 45 minutes and 3 kids to get ready, both individuals at the front desk were less than sympathetic....0 customer service. I was told to stand over to the side and check back in 10 minutes. I can understand if there is an issue with low staffing to get every room ready to go for the next guests, but to have a lack of care around it is unacceptable! Luckily, we did make it to the wedding on time....we got ready at warp speed!"
