"Every room is the same but this is not like any extended stay that I stayed in. They wanted to send me to an extended stay closer to Cleveland but I'm only 3 mi from work so I put up with it."

"I have been here for 6 months and I have stayed here because of work and Elizabeth Kidd at the time was above and beyond helping us so we came back and she was still great then I heard she got fired I was sad that a company would treat there employees like this especially when good help is hard to find bring MS kidd back . "The only reason I ranked it a 4 as overall is due to the fact it is better than the previous motel we were living in prior to coming here, this place has a kitchen. That’s the only feature making it worth staying, we’re paying 1800 a month to have to wash our own bedding that belongs to your establishment.. you don’t provide fresh linens unless we pay 2 dollars a day ontop of what we’re already paying for “linen service”.. There is no house keeping that comes and cleans the room, when we arrived our room was filthy, it had food on the floor on the side of the refrigerator that my 2 year old got into and tried to eat as I was setting down our bags, the bathroom sink had hair from whoever previously shaved in it before us, dirty grime lined the sink on the grout where your house keeper did not wipe around the sink, there’s black mold in your air conditioner that I had to clean top to bottom to remove to ensure my kids didn’t get sick (or myself as I’m highly allergic to it.) the amount of dirt I wiped off the filter was enough to probably get the health department involved tbh.. I’ve killed ants, a large spider, and one roach the first night we slept here, I sprayed to ensure no more pests would invade our space which is another factor that could very well have you on the news or worse if you don’t take care of. The internet is absolute garbage and for 1800 a month you’d think the room would at least be equipped with hangers. This was an emergency situation for us or believe me I’d checked out immediately after arriving upon discovering all of this. I am beyond disgusted and you’ll be lucky if I don’t call the health department myself and show them the pictures I took."

"The room I stayed in was so moist that the furniture was literally WET from air conditioning condensation. It smelled like mildew. They make you pay for extra linen and towels and only give you one extra complimentary toiletry. They changed the pricing of our room without informing us. They claim to have quiet hours before 8am and after 10pm but children run rampant down the halls at all hours of the night and nothing is done about it. It was near impossible getting my children to bed because they heard the laughter of other children at MIDNIGHT stomping down the halls. The hotel rooms look like dorms. It was not a comfortable stay. The office staff was nice and the location is convenient, but that was the only thing pleasant about this experience. Calling corporate was just as much of a disaster. They nearly refused refunding our money that they up-charged without notifying us. We left over a week earlier than we originally booked at a lower rate. That is attempted theft. I booked for several weeks but left after the 5th day. I am surprised I lasted that long."

"This place was FILTHY. Don’t try to save a couple dollars by staying here because it’s gonna cost you more in the long run leaving with roaches. Come to find out after a week stay (was supposed to be 2 weeks) the place is infested with roaches. I expected way more out of this place considering it’s in AVON… the staff takes hours to hunt down and find. They don’t clean common areas as suggested. Exterminators came into our room and barley sprayed. When asking for a refund after finding out about the roaches we didn’t get credited what we paid for the second week we didn’t stay…$300 back out of $900 wasted at this nightmare of a hotel. The staff was rude about the issue and I will never ever book another extended stay ever again. They don’t care about making things right and insuring customer satisfaction and there promise to stay clean is bulls***"
