"They do a wonderful job with their de-shedding — it costs extra but is more than worth it! Their nail trimming is fantastic too- not too long or too short. I have an older 70lb dog. They deal with my dog’s issues very carefully and compassionately (she does not like other dogs and is extra sensitive to certain stimuli). They clearly love animals and I always feel that my dog is in good hands with them!"
