"Customer service at this location is incredible and I love the pharmacists who work there. They're so friendly and nice-they go above and beyond to educate and assist their customers. I recently switched to this location from the 83/Detroit store. I just couldn't stand that location anymore-almost always a bad experience. So this switch, turned out to be the best thing ever and I couldn't be happier. As if I didn't love them enough, today, my doctor had accidentally sent my Rx to the "wrong" store. I decided to call them and switch it to the Target CVS instead since I already had another pending pickup there. I waited on hold for at least 10 min. Finally, I hung up and called Target CVS. She instantly picked up and was the sweetest! Without hesitation, and within just a few seconds, she was able to swap the prescription to her store and said"give me 5 minutes and i'll have it ready!" It was about an hour until their closing time-which is unheard of to even attempt that last minute request at the other location (or any other that I've been to for that matter). My mom was picking it up for me and probably just arriving at the store. At that same moment, I got a phone call from that same Target Pharmacist letting me know she would be closing in about 10 minutes and she wanted to make sure I knew the hours were different than the other location just in case I wasn't aware. Now, that's customer service! I feel bad I don't know her name but I'll be sure to check it next time I'm in. Huge thank you to the work they do there-it makes the biggest difference!"

"10 STARS!! When target switched from target brand pharmacy to a partnership with CVS I was very concerned about the potential impact on the excellent customer service I am used to within every target department. I am extremely pleased with the customer service demonstrated in the CVS pharmacy within Target in Avon. Both Alison and Lauren deserve kudos and high praise. I had a mixup with a prescription with my doctor and needed pills right away. Rather than sending me away to figure out what to do, the pharmacist provided me with sample medications to get me through the weekend and then called my doctor to sort it out. [ IN COMPARISON: Recently I had an unfortunate situation at a standalone CVS pharmacy. After dropping off my prescription that I needed filled later that day, the pharmacist called and said they don’t have the medication in stock and would not have it for another five days. I asked if I could come back and get my prescription to take it somewhere else, and they said they couldn’t do that, it had already been entered in the system and registered with my insurance.Not good. ] I GIVE AVON TARGET / CVS Pharmacy 10 stars in this review — 5 stars for Allison and 5 stars for Lauren. Both are exceptional and professional pharmacists and incredibly kind and helpful human beings. A great pair of assets for Target and their new partnership with CVS pharmacy."
