"I stayed here with my Grandsons, who enjoyed the hotel more than me. Now these are passport kids, that's been all over world including cruises. Thanks a bunch to Christina & Kesha they made us feel so welcome when we arrived. Christina gave them a quick tour to where everything was at. I felt safe at all times, even going out to move my car alone after midnight. Pizza place (Papa Johns) two buildings down, that was super convenient. I didn't have any issues during my stay, everything was super clean. Now they think we suppose to come here every weekend (NOT) but we will be back soon. I highly recommend this hotel for your Downtown Cincinnati stay."

"My stay at TownePlace Suits was fantastic! The staff was polite, helpful and super accommodating, especially Dorothy, Keisha, and Christina, and the rooms were clean and beautifully designed. There was some street noise at night but nothing too loud or too late. My friend requested a “quiet” room at check-in and she said she heard nothing at all (the front desk offered me a sound machine if the noise was ever too much but it never needed it)."

"I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in downtown Cincinnati from Dec 31 to Jan 2. When I checked in on the afternoon of Dec 31, I requested a horse keeping service for Jan 1. The morning of Jan 1 again I reconfirmed with front desk. When I came back on the evening of January 1st the room hasn’t been touched. This is unacceptable since I put in the request the night before and reconfirmed it the day of. I demanded points compensation for my inconvenience due to this hotel staff ignorance. I have raised the request at the evening of Jan 1 and the only answers I got were “management isn’t here” or “management will get back to you”. Which is a nice way to ignore your loyal Marriott customer. I have repeatedly asked for an update but to this day is being ignored by the Marriott staff"

"The location was close to where we wanted to be within walking distance so no need to drive and find parking. The hotel was nice and accommodating. Our only complaint would have to be the noise level outside other than that it was quite pleasant."
