Holiday Inn & Suites Cincinnati Downtown, an IHG Hotel

"Man at check-in was on the phone with his bro, cussing and carrying on. Answered my question but continued on with unprofessional behavior. The location is not great. Walking sidtance to Casino. I'm not interested in gambling. There is a beautiful catholic church on Sycamore. It is a real close, safe walk. Also, a great deli on the corner of Sycamore and 8th Street called Silverglades. They have great soups and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Great staff."

"My husband and I stayed here last week for one night. We were there to see the LA Dodgers and the Reds. It was exceptionally clean and nice. It was a 15 minute walk to the stadium which was also great. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."

"Building seems new. Well equipped, and not the stereotype of Holiday Inn. Very Clean and Comfortable, very convenient for a Downtown location. Parking was attached, ($12.50); free parking is almost unheard of in Downtown, and the price here was better than some. I will return."

"I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not, but twice tonight the fire alarm has went off. It was set off by children and they weren't reigned in after the second alarm. I haven't been able to fall asleep. Other than this extremely negative experience it's a nice hotel."

"PROS: - Spacious room. Had the king suite with a kitchen and sleeper sofa. - Large shower with multiple shower heads. - Shower had great water pressure and stayed hot. I take longer showers and was pleasantly surprised to still have hot water by the end of my shower. - Room stayed cold all night long. - Second TV in lounge area. CONS: - Housekeeping wasn't consistent. Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and housekeeping didn't come to our room the entire stay. Thought is was a little odd but we just requested more towels. - The pool was down for maintenance the first half of our stay. - The sleeper sofa was broken when we arrived and when we informed the front office they said maintenance would come check it out the next day. Never heard from maintenance nor did they stop by and we were in our room majority of the next day. - There's no parking garage on site. There is a garage around the corner but there's a $16 daily fee."
