"This place is a joke. I've been here over a week and they have changed the rate everyday. When I find it cheaper online and try to tell them I get it cheaper like that they the. Say I either have to pay 30 more or if I want the online amount I have to choit and leave until after 3 and check back Im That they cantextend my reservation and they cant.just go I'm the computer and checkout and check-in the new one like every hotel even this one has done everyday for 2yrs nor will they match the amount I found even tho I have heard them say they would!!!!!"

We have many guests that stay at our hotel and our front desk clerks are trained to handle situations with grace and professionalism. The $50 deposit was kept by us for room damages that were not present prior to your check in. It is also interesting that you state had such a horrible experience yet you still wanted to stay extra at our hotel beyond the check out time. We value you as a choice Privilege member, which is why we gave you until 12 as complimentary late check out. "Avoid I wouldn't stay here again if they gave me free nights for a year this location is a very bad location first they started out by refusing to put my rewards program on to my reservation then they give me this room that is subpar and shouldn't be rented out at all I had a large tear in my carpet my TV service sucked then when you go into the bathroom I tried to shave and most of the water was running on the floor then if you try to use the toilet you have to put your right leg under the sink and have the rest of it pushing into your rib why somebody would rent a location like this makes no sense how quality in has not come in and removed their franchise license it's still baffled to me I will be calling customer service and making a major complaint over this particular location do yourself a favor and do not stay here"

"I do not recommend this hotel. The musky odor instantly takes your breathe away as soon as you open up the door to your room. They have humidifiers in the hallways as they know it’s an issue. There was mouse poop on our desk after the first night we stayed. The carpet feels grimy if you don’t wear socks your feet will definitely get black. The breakfast options were not good. You had a choice between waffles you have to make yourself and biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The baseboards were dirty, the bathroom shower had black grim in spots, the tub it self took awhile to drain. All and all do NOT stay at this hotel."
