"If only negative ratings were a thing ..... unfortunately Dr Andrew has 100% ruined my high hopes of a happy successful pregnancy. I found out I was pregnant and got into the office the same day to confirm the pregnancy and make sure everything was going alright. he did an exam and an ultrasound sound that day, confirmed that I was in fact pregnant and basically sent me on my way. mind you this was my first ever pregnancy so I was extremely nervous, anxious, didn't know what questions to ask and basically just needed guidance from who I thought was a professional. I did not receive a single piece of information when I left that day. (I was supposed to get a PREmade bag with all of this info inside of it) nothing of what to expect, what to do/don't do, what to eat/not eat. absolutely ZERO information was given to me. I wasn't made aware of the pre made informational bags until after I lost the baby so I had no idea to ask for it. 7 days later I begin bleeding, I call and ask if this is normal he says yes, so I carry on about my day. the next day I'm bleeding even more early in the day, I call and tell him I don't feel like this amount of blood is normal and he blew me off telling me to bleed through 3 thick pads within an hour, and then call him. so once again I carry on with my day and I call AGAIN (THIRD TIME) later that same day, explaining and stressing to him that I don't think this is right and I'm not comfortable. he tells me basically I'm overthinking and nothing is wrong. I drove home from work, had enough time to change into sweat pants and let my dogs outside, and I feel it happening. I lost my baby 9 days into knowing I was pregnant. I was around 7 weeks which is early and I do understand that if a miscarriage was going to happen he wouldn't have been able to stop it... but I do not appreciate the way my fears were being blown off. I do not appreciate the way he didn't care at all when I specifically asked him where I needed to go to get looked at. he told me to avoid the ER for the blood, so I listened to my doctor who I thought knew how to guide me through this, who I TRUSTED to get me through this. the day after I lost the baby he called me to check on me, I informed him I lost the baby the previous night and was in the ER ALL night long, and the ONLY thing that comes out of his mouth was "well I told you to avoid the ER. why would you go to the ER? " as if I didn't just lose an absurd amount of blood, in excruciating pain, unable to get myself into the car, my boyfriend and mother had to put me in the car, into a wheel chair and into the hospital bed. I then return to hilltop to see a different doctor to be sure that everything passed, because the feelings towards him after losing the baby and being blown off about it were not pleasant. I then was informed by the office manager (who was absolutely amazing) that doctor Andrews "failed me from day one" and that "she has no idea what was his problem or going through his head." (Those were her exact words to my mother and I) I'm honestly disgusted that a doctor who CHOSE to do this for a living is treating brand new first time moms this way. I'm not asking for anything in return, I just want awareness that this happened and I hope it doesn't happen to the next brand new, terrified but so excited mother with high hopes of a healthy, safe pregnancy. never again will I step foot into their office. if one doctor can get away with this neglect, I truly believe they don't hold their doctors to a high expectation daily and I will not risk my next pregnancy with a doctor who has proven that he does not truly care or have your health or the baby's health in mind. you have got to do better."

"THE WORST! Every visit you see someone new. The new people don’t read your chart! They have NO IDEA what the other doctor said your appointment before. When you try to talk to the newest doctor they put you with-the doctor blows you off. So ready to switch doctors and avoid this place & atrium all together!"

"I can’t say enough incredible things about Dr. Nolan she is so kind and understanding. I have had her as a doctor many times over the years. She has so much knowledge and answers everything you ask in detail. She is just so caring for you and your heath and the health of your baby. She delivered my youngest during the pandemic and blew me away with how caring and attentive she was during the birthing process and listened to everything I wanted. I remember the next day she was still on shift, she came into my delivery room to check on me and my new baby and she was on a multiple day shift and it was the shut down! Crazy times! she came into the room with the best mood excited to check on us and congratulate us on our growing family. This morning I saw her again at the Middletown office for a procedure. I was nervous and she totally put me at ease and made me completely comfortable during the procedure. I couldn’t imagine having another women’s health doctor as long as she is still practicing! Thank you always for your kindness Dr. Nolan."

"I have been with Hilltop for the past 5yrs in annuals, 2 pregnancies and postpartum. I’m glad I found hilltop. All the staff and doctors are amazing. Even though it’s a bit drive from my home, I prefer going there. I had my second baby last month, they provided excellent care with everything. All my concerns are listened and reassured through out my pregnancy! Dr. Renshaw and Dr. Boyce are my favourite!"

"I had my son 8/18 by planned cesarian but went early due to high blood pressure. Hilltop Doctors/staff along with Atrium Labor and Delivery team did absolutely amazing caring for me, my baby, and our family. I couldn't have asked for better care. I was very nervous about my surgery but was comforted with confidence. The anesthesiologists were so reassuring and really helped me not to panic. Dr Boyce delivered my daughter by emergency cesarian in 2015 and I healed quickly with no complications. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Andrew performed my cesarian with my son this year, 2023 and he did a great job. Very professional and his confidence was so reassuring. Healing well with no complications. I am so happy I returned to Hilltop & Atrium for my son's delivery. +10/10 we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend their team. Thank you!!!!!"
