"Donnie...... Was great past tense he has moved on and it's a wait and see currently. I rent in the 539 building and had to deal with neighbors that were to put gently not a ideal fit for the building but the rest of the tenants are quite and a good blend of older & young. My only complaint is the rent goes up EVERY lease renewal with no benefit., we have never been late with a single payment and it is confusing to be asked to pay more without a more meaningful reason other then give me more money"

"Every since moving in there have been a few "bumps" in the road, however, every issue that I have had with my apartment has been taken care of promptly in a VERY timely manner. Management (Donnie) is very cooperative and friendly. He gets things done. Maintenance is very good at responding to maintenance request and getting your issues resolved. They are also very friendly. The apartments, compared to others in the area, are also very spacious. Overall, for the age of the buildings and the price tag on rent its a very decent affordable apartment complex."
