"First time there my granddaughter loved it. She loves to do gymnastics and I loved how the two girls worked with her."
"My Girls love the gym, and the cheer program! Our second year with no complaints."
"5 stars for Five Star! I love this place. Joining this family is one of the best decisions I've ever made!"
"I was disappointed at my kid's experience. We went to try out the facility as I believe my almost 4 year old would enjoy it. He was brought into the tumbling area with all the kids starting their class at that time. My understanding is they all warm up together and then split off into separate groups based on the class they are in. No instruction was given to my child. He was not directed where to go and what to not get on. Being only 3 his first instinct was to look through the window at me and wave. Then he stood there watching the more advanced classes practice. At this point the stretching had already started but he had no clue and no one bothered to point it out to him. I started pointing at the instructor which he didn't understanding being he can't hear me through the window. He went over the way I was pointing, out of my line of vision. He later told me climbed on a mat and that is the point the instructor acknowledged him only to get on to him and tell him to get off. He started crying at that point out of embarrassment as he got in trouble and is introverted so public scolding is humiliating for him and he had missed doing what the rest of the kids were doing. It was only then that a different instructor started talking to him and trying to calm him down but he was past the point of no return and she had to bring him out to me. He told me he was embarrassed because he didn't know what to do. We ended up leaving and he now has no desire to go back or try gymnastics. Something I think he will enjoy. I think all of this could have been avoided had someone, anyone told him what to do. Being as neither I, nor my husband, have done gymnastics we were not able to give him a heads up on what to expect. I think this is a good line up for older kids (the only reason I am giving two stars) but if you are going to have classes geared towards younger children then someone should be there to provide them with more instruction. Had he even been older I would of told him he should of known better but at his age, he needs more instruction than what was given. A bad experience all together in my opinion."
"I started cheer there from the beginning. I cheered there for a soiled three years and not a second did I think that I wanted to quit. I had the best experience there of all time. I moved away too far to go there but everyday I beg to go back."
