Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati/Kenwood 2000 Ronald Reagan Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45236

"I stayed here one day while I was audition at the University of Cincinnati. Check-in was easy, and just $25 a day hold for incidentals which was really reasonable compared to the usual blanket $200 at most places. I liked that you had to use your room key to gain access to the floor. Great security measure IMO. Room was great. Thanks to watching so much Dan Bell "Another Dirty Room", I always check the beds for bed bugs and pillows for cleanliness. (at least visibly) Everything looked and smelled clean. King room was spacious and bed was great. Let's talk about that shower though! Normal shower head plus two body jets and liquid magma temperature water. This was one of the best shower experiences of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Shower pressure was wonderful. I was so pleasantly surprised as the shower experience is usually a let down. Check-out was a breeze! It took about 20 seconds. I didn't have any breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Location was very convenient, with a rather large mall and many restaurants nearby. I didn't have any negative experience with barking dogs, etc, that some commented,"

"Great location and good price. Have stayed multiple times in the past, but during my most recent stay my car was broken into as well as several other cars in their parking lot. Although this is clearly not the hotels fault, I felt like the issue was poorly handled by management and no follow up was received."

"Very disappointed. I had booked for one night stay & check out was not till 12pm. The housekeeper knocked on my door two times starting from 8am before the checkout time, which was a bit annoying. And to make things worse, the housekeeping manager even barged into my room without knocking! This is highly unprofessional. It definitely left a negative impression on my stay. I hope Hilton Honors takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping protocols to ensure a more peaceful and respectful guest experience."

"Apparently, this Hampton Inn was a dog kennel and not a hotel. Barking dogs all night on the fifth floor. It would have been nice to be made aware prior of dogs being allowed in the hotel so we could choose a room away from them. Dogs should only be allowed on the 1st floor rooms."
