Mason Inn

"Ive stayed in almost every hotel in the greater Cincy area and Mason Inn is the ONLY hotel infested with ROACHES!!! They come out of the tub and sink drains and literally will crawl on you! Roaches usually only come out at night, well not at the mason inn! They are out all hours! The rooms need deep cleaned and get rid of the carpet! Its so old and dirty! Along with the curtains! My boyfriend asked management if we could switch rooms several times and they wouldnt allow it! Come to find out, every room there has roaches! Roaches do bite humans and spread diseases to us to. To think we got kicked out over my 4lb chihuahua that doesnt even have a fleaon him is obsurd!"

"I stayed in this place for about a week and here are the things I've noticed. The staff is horrible, the rooms are disgusting and infested with roaches, the beds were alright, the bathtub was filthy, the hot water didn't even work, and the room was loaded with bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying here ESPECIALLY if you have kids."

"Roaches roaches roaches!! Left one room because of roaches. Went to another room and looked around for 3 minutes before finding about 7 more dead roaches. I paid for 7 nights and stayed in a room for a few hours. They refused to refund me for the full 7 days. I paid $105 to lay with some roaches for a few hours after taxes and fees were also not refunded"

"I rented the hotel for a week and my refrigerator was full of cockroaches and not working. I asked them about it every single day for the first 4 days and they kept telling me that it will be replaced tomorrow morning. Well finally on the 5th day, they either fixed or replaced the refrigerator. All of the women staff, (expecially Jessica), are extremely nice. However, the men who are Indian/ Arabic are very rude and unprofessional. The floors are sticky and disgusting... Wear shoes at all time. I didn't see any bed bugs but I did see a ton of cockroaches and black mold. Good location but very poor quality and the men who work there are all douchbags. I would recommend to anybody to pay the extra $30 a week and stay at a different hotel."

"Called on a sunday and asked to book a room starting Friday for a week. Spoke with a female. Was quoted a price of 264 for the week, but was told they couldn't do reservations, to call back the day I needed the room. Called back Friday morning and spoke with a different female who took my name and phone number, and again quoted me 264 for the room. Showed up Friday evening and the guy at the counter refused to give me the room for the week. Refused to call anyone about it, and refused to look to see where the female had written down my information. Even though the sign out front clearly says a weekly rate available, and a nightly rate of 59.95, he said they don't do weekly. Finally after 10 minutes or so got him to pick up the phone to call the person who had been there in the morning and I heard a phone start ringing in the room off behind him. No one answered of course so I got him to call again, and again the phone in that room rang. Since it was already late I decided to go ahead and get a room for the night and speak with someone in the morning. That 59.95 rate? Yeah more like 80. I asked for the girls names who I spoke with both Sunday and that morning, and he said their names were Jessica and Angie I think, and that one of them would be in 7-3 the next day. But when I got up in the morning he was there, and all day long even at 6pm when I called again. Beware, they are running some sort of scheme, quoting a price and then not honoring it in the hopes you'll just go ahead and get a room anyway. That was a couple weeks ago and I still haven't been able to speak with anyone other than that guy when I call to complain about it."
