"Clean rooms, easy parking, great staff. Sarah at the bar was efficient with my dinner order while simultaneously having a fun conversation with some guests sitting at the bar. Front desk (missed her name unfortunately) got me checked in blazing fast and was very kind as well. Really excellent people working here"

"The room service was subpar. The beds were poorly made, and sheets did not fit the beds. The cart for checkin had a flat tire. The carpet needed to be cleaned. Had to call for carpet freshener. However, the front desk staff were awesome. They were very responsive to our needs. We were in Cincinnati for a funeral."

"This was a great hotel in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It also seemed to have a lot of great amenities. When we walked in, customer service was making balloon swords and animals for a group of kids. The pool seemed clean, as did the business center and dining area. The room was clean, but we were surprised to be hit in the face with the smell of some sort of room perfume/spray when we opened the door to our room. I guess it is sprayed after cleaning. It should be discontinued, though. It smelled awful and was extremely strong- not great for people with scent sensitivities. Carpets in rooms and hallways could use some extra cleaning as most hotel carpets could. Customer service was great and always greeted us whenever we entered the lobby. Parking is easily accessible. Would stay here again."

"Excellent location! There are so many hotels in this small area to choose from. We usually stay with Hilton or Marriott. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice although small. The lobby has some games and a good atmosphere to hang out. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. Fresh towels were always provided quickly when asked. The room was spacious and bathroom was average size. The sewer smell in our room was obnoxious and seemed as though the cleaning staff tried to over power it with smelly sprays. The second night was so bad. The noise travels in this hotel. Heard voices all night long and no one was in the hall. We didn’t use the food/bar area as there are too many options outside the hotel to choose from. Location is in safe area. Probably won’t stay again simply due to the sewer smell and there are so many other options on the same street to choose from."
