"We were not happy about the construction going on. We had a few heavy bags and needed a cart. The front desk lady couldn't find any due to the construction worker who was using the only 2 carts they have! There's no breakfast! Our room wasn't cleaned to standard! There's not a hot tub!"

"Everything looks new. Construction is still going on but the only time I heard it is when coming in and out the front door. The water in the pool looks fresh you can see the bottom of the pool and the water is clear and not cloudy. The microwave had crumbs in it up under the glass plate. Other than that everything was great. Customer service at the front desk was excellent. She spoke to me every time I came into the building."

"They charged full price even though the hotel is under heavy construction. Most of the parking lot was filled with shipping containers, so right away, finding a spot to park our one car was difficult. They put us in an older room on the 3rd floor to get us away from the construction noise. They said a double bed room was the last available in the hotel, even though the app showed other availability. The room AC didn't dehumidify the room and it was very muggy unless we sat in the hallway where the AC worked properly. The carpet was slightly sticky and was covered in stains, the shower grout was unevenly brown, and the toilet didn't look very clean inside. But I thought hey, you get what you get, right? I accepted it. That turned out to be a mistake. I wish we could have just gone elsewhere, but it was a business trip and we weren't the ones who booked the stay. I needed to work from the hotel room the next day, and I trusted that I was far from the first-floor construction they warned us about. That turned out to be a mistake. Starting at 9am, they began drilling, grinding, or sawing all day long in the room just above my head. When I asked the front desk about moving, I was told they had another room open but was asked if either of us were light sleepers. I asked why? They said the only other available room will have construction noises. I asked at night? She said yes and apologized. So, we had to deal with a construction zone immediately beside us one way or the other, and I had to pick either day or night for peace. I chose a quiet night, wore headphones all day, and rescheduled some calls so I could use the hotel room that cost full price. That turned out to be a mistake. Early on the morning of the last day of our stay, the fire alarm went off 3 times due to the construction (there was no fire). So, despite my sacrifices during the daytime, I did not sleep well. To cap it off, in the middle of that morning's shower, they shut off the water pressure. I could barely rinse my hair so I could just get out of that place. I will never return, even after their first-floor and surprise-fourth-floor construction is complete."
