"A great little motel rooms are nice an clean beds are comfortable outdated TV's but local cable showers water don't come out very hard but you can still take a hot shower easy in an out of parking lot owners are very friendly an helpful"

"Staff is wonderful rooms are big, clean towels and nice and it is quiet. If your into fancy this isn't for you. Another great thing about this place is they have weekly rates which is great because if your in between getting a new place it works great. Also room came with fridge and microwave but no coffee pot ☹️ not that big of a deal. It has one now LOL"

"At first glance you could have a lot of negative things to say. Sure it's a little dirty. Sure she's a little run down. Years of neglect and age and I'm sure people who tear things up have torn down the spirit of this place. However if you can look past the smells of the water and years of filthy smoking and the lack of maintenance. If you need a inexpensive place to sleep and get a shower and watch a little bit if tv on a budget this is your place. I brought 5 guys here in 5 different rooms ...no bed bugs. You may have to clean a little if you plan to stay for a while but hey what else are you gonna do when your not sleeping or working. People are decent enough."

"Will never go back there. My experience I did not get to check into this dump until almost 5:00 am. in the morning after a long night of traveling. No more than 5-6 hours later the owner was knocking at the door several times yelling its time to check out. I was charged full price and the other reviews are correct its a disgusting dump. Stay in Springfield if you have a choice and quite frankly you would have a much better experience sleeping in your vehicle no matter how small it is!! Greedy and cheap owners = horrible experience not getting what you expect as even minimum stay accomodations"

"The only thing I liked about this room is the large size. The water smells so horribly of rotten eggs (sulpher) my dog wouldn't even drink it and my 7 year old plugged her nose while showering it was so bad. When you finish showering you come out smelling worse than when you went in. The beds are hard as a rock and small. The pillows are lumpy like they have gone through the washer and dryer several times. NO lock on the door... housekeeping knocked and I asked for just a second and they swiped their card and came in anyway (thank goodness I was dressed) The toilet handle was broken so we had to lift the lid on the tank and maually flush it. YUCK!!!! I do not understand how this place is still open for business... Do not waste your money!"
