"Dryer didn’t work on delivery even tho said it worked. Had to leave 2 loads of laundry sit for 2 days an re wash. It’s 45 mins to the closest laundry mat As they couldn’t deliver for 2 days. No sort of compensation for the inconvenience an add cost of trying to dry clothes 5 times. Highly disappointed. Debating on sending back a going elsewhere."

"The staff at RAC is always friendly and helpful. They remember who I am when I go in to pay my bill. The one time I had a problem with my washing machine they came the same day to drop off a "loaner" for free and picked up mine. They brought mine back when they said they would and it is still working great. I would highly recommend this store to anyone."
