"Suck at calling back, sucks at communicating. Took us to court for being 6 days late on rent and made us pay $500 out right out of we would get evicted. Been complaining about black mold I have on my ceiling multiple times and I have kids under 5. I called and left multiple voicemails over the money order. Very disappointed and miss old settlers ridge. Play ground also sucks for kiddos."

"I can never reach the management company for anything. It took them 2 weeks to come take care of a faulty fire alarm in the apartment directly below us despite us calling multiple times. Called about 3 months ago requesting a new copy of my lease and still haven't heard back about it. Ever since they've taken over the trash cans reach overflowing before it's dealt with. Overall the management change has not come with many of the benefits they claimed it would."

"Before I moved in, but after I already paid for the place, the people moving out told me they never fix anything. I've been here almost 2 years and it is just that way. They bandaid things and complain when they check 6 months later that it is broke or ruined. They are terrible the way they speak to people. I wish I had done more research before moving in here."
