"Tried to call them multiple times. Immediately hangs up on me upon dialing the number. Might want to fix your phone if you're going to manage apartments."
"It gives you a decent place to live but there are rocky experiences. Place is a bit messed up and things are not finished properly and are not up-to-date. Have had air conditioners in the complex blow up and catch fire. Not sure about other tenants but personally mice have been a problem. I don't know if it has gotten taken care of since I've moved out but when I lived there roaches were a problem. Started out not bad would see them here and there and then it grew to the point that we'd see them crawl out of outlets and they were everywhere. Had to throw out almost everything we owned and left as soon as we could bc of the roaches. Mold was also a problem, found mold around windows, on wall, and in air conditioner. Overall the place needed better ventilation, up to date amenities, and more upkeep on combatting pests."
"Before moving in was told 15 times my apartment was going to be cleaned and it was never touched. My son's legs turn black when crawling across the carpet. Cabints also busted, garbage disposal has not worked since I moved in. Very disappointed with management."
"Good clean apartments super cheap. 440 a month rent plus electric, free services like spraying for bugs monthly. Plenty if parking only problem really is location, apartments next to it have good people in them but there are also bad people there, that have no regards for other people's property. The kids in the complex shot out my bacl with in my truck with a pellet gun and I mean 18 19 year old kids."
"I stayed for roughly 15 months with a friend. The apartment was cheap and convenient. There was plenty of parking and the neighbors were pretty quiet. My only complaint that the windows were old and didn't insulate very well, but the baseboards were more than enough to keep the place warm. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, I was happy to do business with them, and would consider doing business with them in the future."
