"My husband and I came in late off the Ohio Turnpike and were greeted by Jasmine. She was absolutely lovely. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was relieving to feel a sense of true welcome when we were exhausted after a long day on the road after holidays. I get the sense that that is just how they run things at this Quality Inn. Well done, team, we were grateful for your hospitality!"

"Honestly wasn't bad. Some of the comments and pictures had me dreading my stay here. The first hallway out of the lobby is under construction so it looks kind of sketchy. Once you get through there, it's a nice clean hotel the rest of the way though. Rooms were comfortable and clean."

"The clerk was horribly rude. Getting off the turnpike exhausted from the days drive. The key card didn’t work and the room was in the very back of the hotel where it wasn’t well lit and seemed dark and sketchy. Since we had to drive back to the front we asked for a better room. The guy was so rude, we decided to take our chances anywhere else."

"Stayed for over a week. First day I report the room door was close to impossible to get open and you literally had to hit it like a line backer. Took me asking and asking to have it fixed.i work nights. I was concerned I misplaced my key card at the plant and called 22 x to assure I would be able to get in my room after work. No answer. I located my key and went to desk to speak to them about cleaning my room. It is posted they only clean every 3 days and you have to ask. Got to lobby and there's a woman stretched out sound asleep in chair. Could not wake her up to schedule room cleaning . At 745am I was going into work early and asked at desk to get sheets and towels changed. She told me I had to wait because it was to late to schedule and they would do it tomorrow. Hallways stink..carpet in hallways are disgusting and stained. I understand they are remodeling but it's not worth the few $ savings ."

"The rooms were clean and updated. The young lady in housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name. Nate and Cindy at the front desk were awesome! They were very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but another female desk clerk was not friendly, she couldn't or didn't want to take the time to answer basic questions about room rates and checkout time, and told us the wrong breakfast time. Other than that, our stay went well, and we will stay again."
