"My husband and I have been going here for over 30 years. It came to an end Today. Here's why.....my husband scheduled his exam six months ago. Apparently this was before their new scheduling system was in place. His appointment was at 9 am. He walked in at 8:30 am and was informed that his appointment was at 8:20 and because he was 10 minutes late, he couldn't see the Doctor. He was told if he wanted to wait for "a couple of hours", maybe they could get him in. My husband's mistake was not taking that little card they write out for you with your appointment time. So that's it. After 30 years, we are done!"
