"Was the best experience of our life. First Bed & Breakfast stay. Was skeptical. But meeting the owners really changed our life. During the tour & your stay. You can honestly feel as if you were really there, in the past. Looking at the handprints left there, so many years ago. In such a tiny place. Left you with feeling their pain. The memorabilia they've collected thru the years is like being in a museum. Seeing the leg irons & shackles labeled as infant & children. As well as the adult male, adult female, etc really puts chills on you. The knowledge they share with you of the home, town, time period as well as many years that followed & the history of all that happened & events that took place. Cannot be taken in at just a one night stay. You will have to go back. Each time you return, you take in more & more. And the Breakfast quiche is absolutely to die for. We hope that Burt & Sterling will continue keeping it open for our children, grand children, great grand children & many others to come. I couldn't imagine returning to Springboro & not stopping by."
