"I want to warn you about the landlord that shows his houses through this realtor. This is one of his properties. He will hang around and watch your every move. He is a stalker and has no business being a landlord. The realtors are super nice, but you will not be dealing with them. He is very hands on, and basically a creep. I paid my rent faithfully and was never late. My landlords tell me I am a model tenant. After I moved out, he saw me at the post office weeks later and tried to follow me home. Do not do business with him. I am not the first person who has had a problem with him. The former tenant came to get their mail and warned me about how awful he was, and felt bad for me when I told them I signed a 2 year lease. They wished me luck and told me I’d need it. He owns a pair of houses on Franklin Street in Centerville and god knows where else. Do NOT rent from this man."

"There is so much I could say, but I'll be professional and passive. This company, ran by Jason Ross and affiliates, is the most unprofessional, untimely, haphazardly ran rental company I have ever encountered. They used to rent a bunch of properties in Trenton, but they recently switched to just furnished rentals. When they did own the other properties, they sent randoms off the street to do their maintenance work, which ended in several units with flooding issues, mold, pests, etc. This is not surprising given that they are too absorbed in their Air BNB business to care for their middle class tenants. Hope karma does it's justice. Avoid!!!"

"Well as much as I love my place, the management of the property is lacking. I have had a rodent issue since the day I moved in, never has one pest person or maintenance guy tried to resolve. I purchased traps but only helped so much. Still dealing with issue. Also found rodent poop and urine stained under sheets in spare room . Landlord never replied back to pictures or concerns about that . Waited over a month for a roof leak to be repaired, which caused ceiling damage to four rooms in the home. Do you think once finally repaired they mentioned anything about fixing the ceiling with all The water damage ? Ha absolutely not. I am reluctant to leave this review due to retaliation, but I know the laws so I should be fine. This being said, another roof leak has arisen leaving more damage to the home and my kitchen island . Landlord - William has yet to send anyone or mention sending anyone over to remedy it. This company should be called “ SlumTree property management “ William should be held accountable for not taking care of tenants issues , especially of these types in a timely manner."
