"Hampton Inn’s are pretty much all the same but the staff at this location are great! I stayed twice with a 30 day period and both times the staff was awesome. One younger staff member remembered me when I checked in my second trip which I thought was nice. The guy who works at nice was so kind and really great to talk to. And the lady who cooks breakfast was so sweet and personable. I definitely recommend staying at this location for the staff alone."

"Amenities and accommodations are nice! Clean rooms, good breakfast, warm pool. The staff was all very nice. Shirley went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you."

"The hotel staff, including the manager, are not welcoming or kind- with the exception of the night shift front desk clerk. We reserved two rooms and one of them smelled like smoke terribly. We called the front desk clerk who did not offer us another room and told us if we had an issue to contact Logan, the assistant manager. He also did not note the complaint. When I called and spoke to Logan he offered a very small discount ($25) on the stinky smoke smelling room but then did not follow through with it and actually credit my account or email me addressing the issue appropriately like he said he would. I gave two stars because the bed was actually comfortable and the pillows were as well. The pool was green so we didn't swim. I will not book here again d/t the issues described above. We were attending an event so the location was optimal. We've stayed at several Hampton Inn locations in Ohio and outside of Ohio and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had."

"First, the room had an awful smell to it. The toilet ran the entire time if we didn't address it, and the hot water "takes 5 minutes or so" to get to our room for a shower? The beds were the single most uncomfortable sleeping experience my husband or I have ever had. And I selected a room on the first floor near an exit strategically, only to have limited access to said exit. Lastly, when getting breakfast I would have preferred the staff to not be using nose stinging cleaning chemicals in the dining room while we were eating"

"Called to make reservation and asked for first floor because I have bone cancer and was told that they didn’t have one. When We arrived the door was sticking so bad that my grown son that was in the military had to shoulder slammed the door l would have never got in so we asked them to fix it and they gave us a new room on the first floor. We got in the new room and the toilet was like sitting on a rocking chair got and they said they could move us next door I said no so I guy came to fix it and 45 minutes later it was fixed. When we washed our hands the front of our clothes would get wet because of the way the faucet is on the counter. When to in joy the heated pool and I guess they forgot to turn the heat on in the pool. They said they would give us a $10 off the bill for all the troubles but come check out there was no $10 credit. The room smelled so bad I thought but it was the bedding. And it smelled so bad my granddaughter’s pinched there noses. Kids are real! The mattress was so broken down that my back hurt all day and night since I have checked out. I just wanted to spend time with my girls and go for a swim.Cold is hell if you have bone cancer! Please save your money go anywhere else!!"
