"The bed was nasty and covered in stains. There was garbage in the trash can in the room and drywall dust all over the carpet."

"I had actually come to this hotel 4 years ago when it was under different management prior to my freshman year of college. I had recently just stayed after graduating and the place had improved significantly. The new management is extremely welcoming and accommodating for the 4 weeks that I ended up staying there looking for a job. The rooms were cozy and well kept, and for the price that they were offering, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are great, no complaints, super clean and room service does a great job. They have plans to renovate and I have no doubt that under the new management it will only improve as a hotel. The management team are very hospitable and treat you like family. I hope others have the pleasure of staying at this location as I did."

"We stayed here for a basketball tournament. I was a little worried from all the bad reviews. The people that bought this hotel are wonderful and very accommodating. It is under construction but everything was excellent for us. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great offering a good variety and they even have red velvet waffle mix. Pool and fitness center was great. Very nice landscaping and it's in a great location. I will definitely stay here again. You can't always listen to bad reviews."

"We are so pleased College Inn & Suites honored a reservation we had made with the previous chain who never notified us! They accommodated our needs with an accessible room for my parents. The new owners are obviously taking pride in updating inside and out - the peonies were unbelievable! Clean and affordable are most important to us. The lobby, pool, rooms, and hallways were all super clean. We need a place close to but away from expressways to meet half way for my snowbird parents. We like Oxford, Ohio as a great location and this lovely hotel definitely works for all of us."

"Just back from staying at this motel for my cousin's graduation and wow, it was great! The staff here are super nice – always helpful, really knew their stuff about the area, and they totally made us feel at home. Rooms were just what we needed – clean, comfy, and quiet. Wi-Fi was solid, too. But let me tell you about the pool – it's amazing! It was the perfect place to chill, swim, or just hang out. The kids had a blast, and so did we. Location was spot on. We were close to the college and had no trouble finding cool places to eat and shop. Honestly, this motel was a big part of why our trip was so awesome. If you're around here for any reason, give them a try. The new management have been at it so far! This place rocks – 5 stars all the way!"
