"Unacceptable Service at Baymont Inn Monroe: Front Desk Attendant Mike's Unprofessional Conduct My recent stay at Baymont Inn Monroe was marred by the deplorable behavior of one individual: Mike, the front desk attendant. His conduct was so reprehensible that it overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. Mike's demeanor was consistently rude and disrespectful. From the moment I approached the front desk, it was clear that he had no interest in providing assistance or even basic courtesy. Instead, he exuded arrogance and entitlement, treating guests with disdain and condescension. His inflated ego was evident in every interaction, as he seemed to relish in his perceived superiority over guests. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism cast a dark cloud over the entire experience, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It is unacceptable for a hotel employee to behave in such a manner, especially one who serves as the first point of contact for guests. Mike's behavior reflects poorly on Baymont Inn Monroe as a whole and undermines the reputation of the establishment. In light of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Baymont Inn Monroe to others. Until the management addresses the issue of Mike's unprofessional conduct and ensures that all staff members prioritize respectful and courteous service, guests will continue to be subjected to a subpar experience."

"It's getting better. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good. Good place to stay if your visiting."

"I arrived late and there was no one at the front desk for several minutes, but check in went as expected. My room was spotless. The hotel was very clean. The coffee is on all the time. Tyere are the basic amenities of business center and pool. Continental breakfast was not low carb, but there was the basics."

"Helpful guy at the front and guy cleaning. Semi-clean rooms. Slightly uncomfortable bed. Room wasn't set to be cleaned so I got moved. Thankfully I did because that room I was initially set to be in, was surrounded by super loud people in multiple rooms going in-out and talking across rooms. My only bad experience was with the people there and the breakfast sucked. I'd probably stop here again but I wouldn't pay any more than what I did or go out of my way to stay here."

"Customer service was horrible. Front desk person was very rude. Especially the morning gentleman. They are so cheap and ridiculous that they wouldn't even give out another shampoo and conditioner. I had accidentally forgot mine at home. And 1 tiny bottle is not enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Then they wouldn't give us a couple extra towels either. Myself and my daughter like to use a separate towel for our hair. There were literally only 3 towels in the entire room. We're not going to steal your nasty towels people we just want to dry ourselves. And the room had an ancient microwave and refrigerator that barely worked. The fold out couch was a joke. Dirty inside and very uncomfortable. Kids were running up and down the hall in the middle of the night and in the early morning. Got no sleep. Never staying here again!!!!!"
