"This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay for the money. And the front counter staff is amazing.. Laci I really apprecreate How professional You are.. We had a situation happen on our trip. And we made a phone call to this hotel and it was amazing how much they were willing to help us out and get us into a room that was clean safe and affordable.. I would highly recommend this Hotel and it's also in a great safe location.. Once again the staff makes this hotel amazing.. You you can tell the cleaning staff truly cleans these rooms and they are spotless"

"The staff was friendly, as well as very helpful, the location is convenient. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as gas stations, a kroger, a dollar store and it's right off of the expressway. The room was comfortable and clean. will stay again."

"Out of 3 times staying.the Good. Clean easy to get to and cheaper than others in area. The Bad out of 3 nights there cops in parking lot every time expressway noise is loud people keeping us awake playing radios at 2 am. If 2 to 3 hours of sleep is good with you stay there. Personally I'll pay double and have a nicer room that's quite and peaceful"

"Front desk is RUDE. Not kind at all!!! very unprofessional!! Has a attitude of idgaf!!! I said tell management that there are bugs in your drinking dispenser. She told me that management knows about it! Well then fix it that gross! The cereal that is in the twist storage box was hard and stale. Went to get OJ and apple juice and they have fruit flys dead floating in my cup. But there's always fresh coffee. How are you going to charge people $85 a nite and no milk and stale food and flys for breakfast!!!???? I hope and pray we don't find bed bugs or cockroach crawling around!!!"

"We booked online and arrived around 10:30 pm. It looked like someone had dumped an ashtray full of cigarettes in front on the hotel door. Opened up the door and hit the light switch and no light came on. Thank God I sat my bag on a table inside the room because when I turned the lights on, bugs scattered across the floor under the bed. It was disgusting. Turned the bathroom light on and buts all over the floor there. Cockroaches and beg bugs everywhere. I couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. The girl at the front desk offered to change rooms but I told her I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. She said she’d give me a refund. It’s been 5 days and still haven’t gotten my refund. I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me a million dollars."
