"I haven’t been here in years, but I received a coupon in the mail and thought I’d take advantage of it. The items I wanted were in stock, the price was great even without the coupon and the friendly cashier took my heavy bag of dog food to the car for me. I’ll be buying my pet supplies here from now on."
"I shop here constantly as I have more then one dog and cat. The other day I went in the store and found cases of wet food that were half off and I saw that they were marked on clearance as well so I thought sweet my danes will love this. I delt with Tiffany and she was extremely rude, she wouldn't mark the wet food any less then what the additional 50% off sticker said when the item was full price even though when they were on clearance and the sticker price was almost already half off. An additional 50% off is supposed to be taken off the sticker price even if the item is on sale (I'm aware of this since I used to work here). I asked about the price, and I brought it up to her that I've always gotten 50% off the sticker price she gave a snotty remark saying well I dont know who been doing that but it needs to stop cause it's wrong. My husband went into the store today and got the dog food half off the clearance sticker price and she was standing there while it was being marked down with a pissy look on her face and her arms crossed. Her additude about things needs to be addressed especially when I was just asking her a question about it and she got pissy and defensive about it with me when she realized she was wrong."
"This is my go to place for my pet supplies, particularly cat litter (non clumping). They have the best price in town for a 40 pound bag and the staff is always very polite and friendly"
