"Not exactly deluxe accommodations but not a total dirt hole either. Rooms are only $65 after tax and the location is great for doing things in tiffin located right behind Denny's restaurant. Not many motels in tiffin area and most the other ones were over $100 and probably weren't that much better"

"They have smoking and non-smoking rooms available. The bed linen was dirty, had to use my own... The rooms need some pest control to be done as I could see few bugs around and a tiny cockroach by the restroom area. The refrigerator was unclean, so was the microwave. AVOID this place if you're traveling with family and kids... Denny's is right next to this place which is a plus point, all other eatery joints are in and around the vicinity."

"Stayed here for 2 days. Staff was incredibly rude and impatient, owner came to our room and demanded us to pay before checkout time and refused my card when I tried to. They have 'Pet Friendly' on the google page but are in fact not, kicking us out in the blink of an eye because of our dog despite many other people staying there having dogs. The room was also dirty and a few things were even broken. Would never recommend this place."

"Checked in and was in a hurry dropped stuff in room and went out. When I came back was when I noticed blood smeared against the wall next to the bed like a lot. The room had a horrible smell and was very dirty the sheets had holes and had black smudges. The carpet in the room didn’t even look installed. The bath tub was covered in hair and was cracked. I couldn’t let my kids stay there. Asked for a refund and was immediately told no and took my key. No big deal for me but the health department should definitely be checking this place out."
