I received a text message from a number that I Googled to get to this business, saying that if I didn't respond, a 24 hour notice would be placed on my door. This is extremely illegal and unprofessional and I will be forwarding that message to the proper authorities. Tenants, know your rights, and try to avoid living here if you can."

"I am a tenant here and I love my little apartment. The rent is inexpensive in a city where rent prices keep going up and the unit I live in was recently renovated. My A/C was low on charge I noticed the first hot day we had and the manager had people out right away to get it fixed. Despite the rumors of this place's past they definitely make a conscious effort to keep things up and the tenants happy. Also they have made big efforts to clean up the property and renovate outdated units. Management changes have really turned this place around and I would recommend living here to anyone."

She has even checked in on my pet at the last minute when I've had family emergencies this year, which is amazing. I highly recommend this place and its staff."
