"The on site building manager is very nice and tries to work for the ppl but the higher ups are the rudest and bossiest ppl I have ever met. The one lady I believe named Tina treated me like a low sub human I have never been treated like that by a complete stranger in my life! They constantly come up with new rule to the point that our apartment has to be to their liking. But when it come to actually fixing/replacing anything....well good luck. My apartment flooded last year and I had to rent a carpet cleaner myself and have still yet to replace the carpet. Hope there’s no mold!"

"We've lived here 3 years. Management has always been nice. Nice quiet community. Houses and apartments are nice but they do a lot of inspections with usually only 24 hours notice."

"Mantanice is rarely done. They will leave the work orders in the office until they "expire" in 3 months. I waited on new screens for the windows since i've been here, (8 months), and they still have not come to fix the shower head. If you're rent is late 1 month you WILL get a court order for eviction. This complex IS the only place that has cause me this much stress. it IS NOT worth looking into moving here. You will regret it."

"Nice apartments, washer and dryer hookup, and pet friendly -- dogs too. Not sure where the low income part comes in as the rent is just as high as anywhere else. Frequent inspections, often done with less than 24 hour notice."
