Tiffin West Apartments 1746 West Market Street, Tiffin, OH 44883

"A couple of family members living there had their refrig/freezer go out this wknd. The maintenance guy on call came from Fremont to look at it. That was worth 4 stars. Monday the local fix it upper "maintenance" guy stopped in the morning to look at it, said he was gonna get another one. By 2pm still no word, so when they finally got hold of him, he said he was finishing up a job, n would be back at 4 w the refrigerator. But no suprise he was a no show. Lowes is 4 minutes away, but that takes effort. So they have been buying ice to try n save what food they can. This isnt a first for him not showing up to do work when he tells them the day/time he will be there. He always has excuses for why he can't show up. Often not even being respectful n calling to say he won't be there. Leaving his supplies laying around for weeks, including a saw blade n metal shavings on the floor, for which he didn't seem to care. He isn't worth a star. The original local maintenance guy was always prompt n courteous. If not able to show up, he would contact them. Sadly he passed away few months back. He would get 4 stars. 4 stars for the apartments, but unfortunately, it only takes a single person to bring it to 1 star."
